Form submissions are delivered to our mailbox by a form-handling service; email, bookings and files are stored on Microsoft 365; quotes and jobs are recorded in our field-service system; WhatsApp's own terms apply to chats you start with us there. Google processes the analytics and advertising data described above, and does not identify you to us by name. For OneWeb orders, the details needed to provision the service (site, contact, terminal serial) are shared with the OneWeb distributor. We do not sell or rent your information and we do not share it with anyone else unless the law requires it.
Enquiries that do not become work are deleted within twelve months. Quotes, jobs, test certificates and as-builts are kept for as long as we support the installation and for the retention period required for business and tax records. Analytics data is kept for fourteen months.
You may ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, and object to marketing at any time. Write to jason@fcpgroup.co.za. We do not send marketing to people who have not asked for it; business contacts who receive an introduction from us can opt out with one reply.
This site sets no cookies of its own. Analytics or advertising tags, if active, set their own cookies to measure visits; your browser settings control them.
