Office hours Monday to Friday, 08:00–17:00. English and Afrikaans. Based in Techno Park, Stellenbosch, with teams in the Helderberg and Cape Town — we come to you.
During business hours, usually the same day. For small jobs we may ask for a photo of the cabinet or the room; for larger scopes we book a short call.
Standard cabling, Wi-Fi and failover work is quoted from your description, usually within two working days. Bigger sites and every OneWeb install start with a desktop pre-survey, then a site survey where needed.
You get an install date within a day of accepting the quote. The job closes with test results, photos, labelled cabinets and the as-built pack.
